Job Description

Here you will work in a dynamic environment where trains and trucks are constantly arriving and departing. As a terminal worker, you play a crucial role in the daily flow and are responsible for ensuring that goods are handled safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Loading and unloading containers and truck beds on and off train wagons and trucks
• Moving and placing containers and truck beds within the terminal area
• Driving forklifts, mainly larger container trucks (Reach Stackers)
• Registration and management in business systems
• Customer contact at the gate and during unloading

The work is carried out in teams where collaboration, communication, and safety are central parts of everyday life. You will be an important cog in a larger machine where every effort makes a difference. Working hours are scheduled in 2 shifts.

Qualifications

A requirement for the position is a forklift license A1-4, B1-3, D1. If you also have C3A and D2, that is an advantage. You need to have experience with counterbalance forklifts, and if you have driven trucks or wheel loaders, that is also an advantage. A driver's license and a car are also required.

As a person, you need to be flexible, meticulous, and have a mindset that safety comes before speed. You appreciate working in a team but are used to taking your own initiative.
